St. Patrick Square is an apartment community where autonomous individuals 55 and over enjoy a quality of life in an affordable, secure and active environment.
Built in 1979, we are a pre-retirement community for active retirees, 55+, autonomous, and young at heart. We are a non-profit organization that provides excellent management services and attentive maintenance to our tenants, without relying on any government funding.
If there is one word that best describes St. Patrick Square, it would have to be COMMUNITY. We are fortunate to have an active and involved Board of Directors which operates with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Our Directors and Members rang in backgrounds from architects to engineers, doctors, accountants, and community members, all dedicated individuals who generously volunteer their time and have the Square's best interests at heart.
The St. Patrick Square Seniors Recreation Association organizes many enthusiastically attended special events, outings, and dinners in addition to the weekly and monthly activities. Artistically minded individuals may consider joining the Art Group; those who enjoy the camaraderie of community singing may join the Friendship Choir. A unique community environment brings tenants together with wide ranging activities, such as special events and outings, theme parties, physical fitness, fun, and artistic endeavours.
